Decide who the administrator will be. Choose someone who is usually available in your office. Enter the name of the person who will be the administrator. If you are selecting the areas the user has access to, make your selections in the window. Click Next to go to the next window. In the last window, review the table that summarizes the access rights you granted. If you need to make a change, click Prev to return to the appropriate window.
Select the user you would like to change from the list, and then click Edit User. Replace the username and password with the new user's name and password: Enter the name of the person in the "User Name" field.
